Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented Admin & Welfare Manager to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv Port. This pivotal role manages daily administrative operations and enriches employee wellbeing, fostering a vibrant and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office administration, including facilities, supplies, and equipment management
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative activities
- Develop and implement employee welfare programs and initiatives
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy compliance
- Organize team-building activities, corporate events, and wellness programs
- Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and service providers
- Support internal communication efforts to promote engagement and transparency
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven experience working in a start-up environment
- A 'can-do' attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
- A genuine people person with a passion for employee wellbeing and engagement
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
