Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented Admin & Welfare Manager to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv Port. This pivotal role manages daily administrative operations and enriches employee wellbeing, fostering a vibrant and supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration, including facilities, supplies, and equipment management
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative activities
  • Develop and implement employee welfare programs and initiatives
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure policy compliance
  • Organize team-building activities, corporate events, and wellness programs
  • Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and service providers
  • Support internal communication efforts to promote engagement and transparency

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience working in a start-up environment
  • A 'can-do' attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
  • A genuine people person with a passion for employee wellbeing and engagement
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
